My name is Jemma Munro, and I am a dedicated Counsellor, Teletherapist and iGNLP™ Certified NLP Practitioner (Associate) with a passion for fostering growth and healing. With four years of professional experience in the field of mental health, I've had the privilege of walking alongside a diverse group of individuals, each facing their unique set of challenges. My practice is built on the foundation of compassion, understanding, and a commitment to honesty and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.

I pride myself on a therapeutic style that is both compassionate and straightforward. I believe that a truthful, yet gentle approach creates the trust and safety necessary for effective therapy. It’s important to me that my clients feel heard and validated in their experiences, and I strive to ensure that our sessions are a space where vulnerabilities can be shared without fear of judgment.
